nk250 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the nk250 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms and User Agreement
By accessing, registering for, or using the nk250 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and must not register a new account.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the nk250 management. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended terms constitutes acceptance of those revised terms. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version.
The nk250 platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any other party.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the nk250 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and any other details requested.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their account information up to date. Inaccurate or incomplete information may cause delays in transaction processing or a temporary account suspension until identity verification is resolved.
Password Security and Account Access
You are fully responsible for keeping your nk250 account password and login details confidential. nk250 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
All activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility, unless it can be demonstrated that the account was compromised due to negligence on our part. nk250 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account where such access resulted from your own actions or omissions.
Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from using the nk250 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: money laundering, identity fraud, using automated software or bots to access or play games, attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform, or any activity that compromises the security and integrity of the system. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.
Payment, Transaction, and Currency Information
All transactions on the nk250 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their account come from legitimate sources and are solely owned by the user. nk250 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used if there is any doubt.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified, depending on the payment method chosen. For withdrawals, users may be required to verify their identity before the request is processed. nk250 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until verification is fully completed.
Any fees or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions during the deposit or withdrawal process are the user's responsibility. nk250 does not cover such third-party costs. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
In the event of any suspicious or unauthorised transaction, nk250 reserves the right to freeze the relevant account balance while an investigation is carried out. Any funds found to originate from fraudulent or illegal activity will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.
Liability Limits, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property
Nk250 Liability Limits
The nk250 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties, express or implied, except as specifically stated in these terms. nk250 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of game winnings due to technical disruptions, internet disconnection, or unforeseen system errors.
In any event, nk250's maximum total liability to any individual user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
Nk250 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including: breach of these terms, fraud or attempted fraud, use of multiple accounts, or any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach may not be entitled to recover disputed funds.
Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the nk250 support team. Any eligible balance will be returned via the original payment method once all withdrawal conditions have been met.
Intellectual Property
All content on the nk250 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, images, and software — is the exclusive property of nk250 or parties that have licensed its use to us. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from nk250.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law

The nk250 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. nk250 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions, and users are advised to read those terms before proceeding.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Nk250 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notice or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after such amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not agree with the changes should discontinue use of the platform and close their account.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under applicable legislation.
